SnuhiLearn is currently free. No payment is taken anywhere in the product - there is no checkout, no card is stored, and the announced "Pro" plan cannot be bought yet. If you are ever asked to pay for SnuhiLearn anywhere other than an official in-product checkout, treat it as a scam and tell us at support@snuhilearn.com.
This policy takes effect the moment any paid plan is offered, and the final prices and terms will be displayed before any payment is taken:
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If a payment is taken in error, duplicated, or for a plan that was never activated, it will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Refund requests or billing questions: support@snuhilearn.com - we aim to respond within 48 hours.
